整體還不錯，如果條件允許，最好定高樓層，周邊高樓較多，如果樓層矮，會略顯壓抑。酒店樓下直接聯通車站，多條線路在下面換乘，非常方便。同時，酒店的2樓，當地標識是1樓，即吃早飯的樓層，有個通道，直通商場，商場裡也是應有盡有，吃的買的都可以在這兒找到。

酒店位置好，和旁邊商場及火車站有通道，出行方便。前台服務特別不錯，入住退房都很專業。就是房間衞生每天做的品質不一樣，樓頂的無邊泳池和酒吧都很好。白天窗外火車道有時會有點吵，夜晚還好。

酒店在中央火車站，坐火車，MRT都很方便。去機場可以搭乘火車，28分鐘就到了。酒店設施還可以，早餐也比較豐盛。

1.位置很好，個人感覺比klcc方便，機場直接klia express30分鐘就能到kl sentral，然後一路跟著指示找到nu sentral，有條通道就能到。我們去了klcc，kidzania，都可以在kl sentral坐mrt和lrt就能到。酒店還能直接走到國家博物館，伊斯蘭博物館，天文館，警察博物館。 2.酒店服務也很好，大堂有小丑給小朋友扎氣球和爆米花。行李會直接送到房間。 3.早飯也很豐盛，有印度大叔現場製作飛餅，還有主廚會端著食物一桌桌分發。

酒店就在KL SENTRAL旁有直達的走廊，地理位置很好，衞生和環境都不錯，早餐也很豐盛，選擇多。唯一很不足的就是選的LOFT套房在29樓頂樓是泳池和BAR，吵到凌晨四點，都是挪凳子的噪音，睡眠質量低。下次還是會選他家，就是不要頂樓太吵了。

Stay was fine until day2, the shower didnt function at all. There is a notification saying that the heater will be down until the next day 6am but the room has no water at all besides having the heater down. Went to reception at midnight telling them the issue, they say will send someone up BUT no body came. Other than this, no other issue.

The location is a major plus and the main reason I choose to stay at Aloft Hotel. It's conveniently situated between KL Sentral and NU Sentral, making it easy to access the KLIA Express, ETS, and other public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities are generally great, but cleanliness could be improved — I noticed black marks on the bedsheets, and the towels appeared worn out and nearly torn, which suggests they may need replacing. Despite this, I always book this hotel when I travel to Kuala Lumpur. Overall, it remains a highly recommended place to stay.

Excellent location. Right next to sentral train station with direct access to NU mall. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is someone at the door to help with luggage. Water is provided. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast is varied with a good selection of local and international food. If taking KLIA express train, this is a most convenient hotel. Room was spacious. I had the twin, two double beds. Good city view from the 18th floor. We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.
